The green herbs make this rub fresh and light with powerful accents and still gives a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
Use:
Sprinkle generously over beef, fish or seafood before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a traditional Chimichurri sauce by adding some olive oil and lemon juice or red wine vinegar. Delicious to drizzle over a perfectly grilled steak.
