This 27 x 2cm (11 inch) fluted flan tin is made from hard anodised aluminium which is twice as hard as stainless steel and won’t buckle or warp. The aluminium core is extremely efficient at conducting heat so food cooks evenly and consistently. Its durability, coupled with high performance means it will help you produce perfect bakes for a lifetime.
Unlike non-stick bakeware, the surface will not peel or flake off and will never rust (also PTFE, PFOA free)
