Excellent and even heat distribution
This stainless steel frying pan is a tri-ply pan, which means it’s made up of three layers. The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel and the inner layer is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. The bottom is special: a layer of aluminium is trapped between two layers of high-quality stainless steel. As a result, your ingredients heat up evenly.
Avoid thermal shock, this will prevent the pan from warping. So don’t put a cold pan on the highest heat and don’t hold a hot pan under the cold tap.
Holds heat well
This frying pan can withstand high temperatures and is therefore great for frying and roasting vegetables, fish, meat, potatoes, pancakes or wraps and preparing a delicious paella. You can use this pan on any heat source, and you can also put it in the oven with confidence. And thanks to the extra thick bottom (2.5 millimetres), it will not warp on induction, provided you build up the heat supply a little gradually, of course.
