Fat Daddios by Silverwood 6 Inch Flan Loose Base

This 6 inch loose base flan tin is made by Fat Daddios and was sold through Silverwood, now discontinued.

Made of sturdy 18-gauge anodized aluminium, this pan is built bakery tough to endure the demands of continuous heavy-duty use. By reflecting heat rather than absorbing it, ProSeries pans reach baking temperatures quickly. Even heating allows for the best possible rise and once out of the oven, they cool quickly and prevent dry, overbaked tarts and quiches.

After use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. As with any aluminium product, this is not suitable for a dishwasher.
