The non-stick coating makes cleaning easy. A quick soak in hot, soapy water will do the trick.The griddle is suitable for use on all cookers including induction and performs well on hotplates and in the AGA ovens.
Please note: When using the griddle on the induction hob, always use both areas of the bridge function. Cook meats that are no more than 2cm deep to reduce cooking time and deliver the best results. Always place food on the centre of the griddle ridges and avoid placing food in the channel around the cooking area.
