A great feature is the ‘Jam Function’ for easy jam making:
Step 1. Weigh the fruit
Step 2. Turn on the ‘jam function’
Step 3. The required amount of sugar is displayed automatically (default is ratio of 750g of sugar for 7kg of fruit) However, the ratio is adjustable.
